I have a sharp eye for correcting inefficiencies and trying to keep things simple while looking for ways to reduce overall costs. My passion is making sure that customer needs are met while maintaining the integrity of a smooth operation and happy employees. My approach is a blend between old school and new, keeping high standards for a strong work ethic but also coaching how to maintain work-life balance.
